Monday bounce in the grain room after an exaggerated break Friday and nothing stellar out of the combines over the weekend. Rumors of Russian Soft wheat purchases gave a 23 1/4 cent bounce to the Chicago wheat contract, 564 1/2. Corn in tow for a 12 penny bump, 488 3/4. Beans could only muster up 2 with spot meal still a drag. 1277 close. Rice slipped 3 to 1588 but seems to be hitting some support. Bonds off another point and 13 tics, 112.12 as the long term debt holders continue to get pummeled. Dow bounces 200 from the lows, again, to close off 87 points, 33,638.
